Our Programs

We bring programming in the areas of Arts & Culture and Health & Wellness to women and gender marginalized people in west Harlem. As we integrate the two programs we improve the well-being and empowerment of our community.

Arts + Culture

Our arts and culture programming approaches creativity as a practice of self-care through creative expression and connection to cultural heritage. Our work empowers women and girls and creates a bridge to social change by lifting up and increasing visibility for marginalized gender artists in the community.

Our program areas include:

  • Intergenerational Art Exhibits

  • Artist Workshops

  • Creativity + Healing Workshops

Holistic Health + Wellness

We integrate holistic health which means wellness care and support for the whole person and the whole community. Taking care of ourselves, takes care of our community and is a practice of empowerment and a gateway to social change.

Our program areas include:

  • Weekly yoga series

  • Holistic Wellness Days

  • Digital Reiki Workshops

  • Community Potluck + Healing Events

Program Partners

Our program partners are Kota Alliance members who we collaborate with to deliver programs for our community. We offer our program partners access to space and audience to conduct programs, collaboration with Kota to expand awareness and reach, and opportunities to co-host events with us.

By sharing ideas, networking, advocating, and working together, we advance gender equity and promote women’s empowerment, both locally and globally.
