Want to help Afghan refugees specifically in the NY area? Women for Afghan Women is helping in several ways:

1. Increasing staffing to deal with the heavy workload from the influx of refugees arriving

2. Establishing a scholarship program fund they are setting for the education costs of girls/young women

3. Financial support for families

You can donate any amount to these efforts by clicking on the "donation" button when registering.

4. You can also donate supplies for the families coming through an Amazon wishlist they will be setting up.
