We are starting our new yoga class series together with our partner Harlem Wellness Center. First class is on Saturday the 13th of January at 10-11am, repeating every Saturday after that. About our yoga instructor, Diana Diaz:
Diana Diaz, is a 500 hour yoga teacher with advanced certifications in Anatomy and Physiology, Accessible Yoga, Holistic Sound Healing, Yoga Philosophy, Healing Relationships, and Yoga for Stress Management.
She is a Native Nuyorican and mother (a Millennial and a GenZer) who is passionately dedicated to serving marginalized communities.
Diana is also an author, specializing in personal essay, memoir and creative non-fiction. She conducts workshops and retreats that combine the grounding and spirituality of yoga with the discipline and self-reflection of writing. The yogic practice allows us to embrace vulnerability in writing through the safety and strength of our Inner Peace.
