Learn how to cope with stress caused by the pandemic—illness and death, loss of social connections, effects on the workplace and the family, unemployment, and financial hardship. We invite you to share information, helpful suggestions, ideas, and inspirations to fellow activists and Kota collaborators. This event is being run by Osa Samuel-Olagunju, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with more than 15 years of experience in working with mental health challenges. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree at Montclair State University.
